- Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS, with an estimated delivery time of 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product offerings, the following items are non-returnable:
- Custom or made-to-order lighting fixtures (e.g., Chandeliers, Pendants, Outdoor Pendants Chandeliers).
- Items that have been installed or used.
Returns & Exchanges Process
- Contact Us: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.
- Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.
- Packaging: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Attach the RAN to the outside of the package.
- Shipping: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.
- Refund or Exchange: Upon approval, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and exchanges will be shipped to you as soon as possible.
Refund Timeline & Method
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
